Dan Benamoz, RPh, began his career as an independent pharmacy owner, where he quickly recognized a critical gap in pharmacy education: while graduates were well-versed in clinical knowledge, they lacked essential business skills needed to successfully run their own pharmacies.
In 1998, Dan founded Pharmacy Development Services (PDS) to address this gap. PDS became a leading provider of business consulting, training, data analytics, and intelligence solutions, empowering independent pharmacies across North America to thrive in a competitive landscape.
In addition to his achievements with PDS, Dan holds a patent for the transdermal application of steroids using ultrasound technology, which has become widely adopted in orthopedics and sports medicine. His passion for advancing the pharmacy profession extends to his $1 million donation to the Albany College of Pharmacy, where he supports the integration of entrepreneurship into the pharmacy curriculum.
Today, Dan owns and operates several independent compounding pharmacies across the United States, where he continues to innovate and elevate the quality of patient care.
Nathan BenAmoz’s career has been defined by a willingness to bet on himself. At 21, he was managing vehicle deliveries for Tesla across Florida — the largest delivery region outside California — and walked away from a clear corporate path to build something of his own.
He went on to develop deep expertise in marketing, media, and web automation across finance, healthcare, and personal development. He is the founder or co-founder of Unlimited Networks Inc and associated brands through the Hope Network, and led the formation of UNI Venture Group — a platform that eventually brought together the strengths of his family under a single, ambitious vision.
Today, Nathan works at the intersection of the BenAmoz family businesses and broader public-private initiatives focused on supply chain security and pharmaceutical access across western allied markets — connecting relationships, capital, and opportunity in ways that no single discipline could contain.
Outside of work, he is a storyteller, traveler, and practitioner of yoga — someone who believes the best businesses are built by people who are fully alive.
His greatest accomplishment may be pulling multiple generations of his family into a unified platform, and building the global relationships, institutional credibility, and operational infrastructure to make that platform matter on a world stage.
